Over nearly two decades, he's developed an ability to discover and remove the true bottlenecks that limit a company's growth. He has repeatedly built systems that have 10x'd companies—from $0 to $2B.

Iulia is a product and strategy executive who has led global product launches and scaled new businesses across Google, McKinsey, and JP Morgan. At Google, she built and led cross-functional teams of 150+ to deliver products used by over a billion people. She brings deep expertise in product strategy, operational excellence, and building high-performing teams that deliver results at scale.
